Information for Manufacturers and Retailers
Manufacturers are encouraged to promote the fact that their products are on the TopTen USA list. After signing a no-cost use agreement, manufacturers may use the TopTen USA logo on products, brochures, reports and advertising. Companies many continue to use the logo for a period of 6 months following the time that the listed product is no longer on the TopTen USA list. We will continue to list former TopTen USA products on our website during that 6 month period.
Manufacturers who are producing and shipping products that exceed the “cut off values” to make it on a TopTen USA product list (See the web site for “how we evaluate products”) may submit a request to be placed on the list by writing or sending us an email addressed to companyinfo@toptenusa.org. We will provide a package of materials indicating the information that will be required to verify the manufacturer’s claim.
Retailers
Retailers are welcome to work with TopTen USA to promote energy efficient products. To ensure that your store shows up in TopTen's list of local shopping options, CLICK HERE to sign up with our local search provider, Milo.com.
Retailers may also provide point of sale materials demonstrating that products are on the TopTen USA list. Contact us at companyinfo@toptenusa.org to receive a usage agreement allowing you to display the TopTen USA logo on point of sale materials.
